How much time will take to repair my device
Our team generally resolves an issue within 48 hours to 72 hours from the moment you send us a query. You will get acknowledgement over mail for your query and your issue will be sorted as soon as possible.
Do we provide FREE phone diagnosis?
Yes! We provide free diagnosis of your phone once we have our hands on it. We will also provide you with a quote for the cost of repair and replacement parts list.

What is your in-home service fees?
We have a preset in-home service fee of $25. This covers any location within the city limits of Chicago. The charges of repairing your device will then add to the preexisting in-home service fee.
Do you provide warranty on replaced components?
Yes, we provide a 7 day warranty period for replaced components. If a replaced component fails within 7 days, we will replace it with a new one.
Does your service void manufacturer warranty?
While most manufacturer warranties WILL BE VOID if we service it, we have certification on several major manufacturers who have allowed us to be a specialized repair team on their product.
If I try to repair my product myself, will I void my warranty?
YES. Attempting to repair your own product will void the manufacturer warranty. Any signs of tampering with the interiors of your product will void the warranty.
What is your in-home service fees?
While most manufacturer warranties WILL BE VOID if we service it, we have certification on several major manufacturers who have allowed us to be a specialized repair team on their product.
Do you provide a refund for damaged products?
Yes, we will provide a refund on repair costs if they stop working within 7 days. We will also provide free servicing if a repaired product fails afterwards.
Do you provide a refund for replacement parts?
No. However, we do provide a full warranty on replaced components for 7 days. If your replaced component is defective, you will receive a full warranty. However, any signs of tampering will void your warranty
Does your refund policy include in-home servicing fees?
No, we have no return policies for in-home servicing fees, as it is a direct cost on our business. Only the cost of a failed repair is refunded in full.
